Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to reschedule will result in 50% charge for the service amount.
Late Arrival
- I get it, things happen! You have a grace period of 15 minutes.
- Arriving late may shorten your service time, but there will be NO additional fee.
No Show/ Same Day Cancellation
- Failure show up or make a same day cancellation for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the full service amount.
Please respect my time and business. If failure to pay amount charged, you will not be allowed to rebook.
